OnePlus One sales barred in India

After Xiaomi, it’s OnePlus which is barred from selling OnePlus One, popularly known as “The Flagship Killer”, in India by Delhi High Court. The Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax has filed a case against OnePlus for infringing the exclusive country-specific rights, which Micromax has acquired for selling CyanogenMod devices in India.
